Accommodation Details & Amenities
Our traditional wine cellar is available exclusively to our staying guests. Upon request, the entire wine cellar and accommodation can be rented together for private events, with capacity tailored to accommodated guests. We are happy to customize the experience to your needs, making our cellar the ideal venue for family gatherings, private celebrations, and corporate retreats.

Important Information & Stay Policies
- Please confirm the exact number of guests and pets in advance. For privacy and safety reasons, unregistered visitors are strictly not permitted on the property without prior approval. Thank you for respecting our house rules.
- Baby cot with fresh linens available upon request. The accommodation features 4 private bedrooms with a total capacity of 12 comfortable beds.
- Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. (Early check-in may be arranged upon prior request subject to availability, as this window is dedicated to thorough cleaning and preparation.)
PAYMENT & BOOKING POLICY
- To book your stay, please contact us via email, contact form, or phone to check real-time availability. Verbal or provisional holds are not possible. We reserve the right to modify availability and terms prior to formal confirmation (does not apply to already confirmed bookings).
- A 50% deposit of the total price is required to secure your reservation. Your booking is officially confirmed upon receipt of the deposit in our bank account. By paying the deposit, you confirm your reservation and agree to our booking terms and house rules.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 1 month prior to your arrival date. A reminder notification will be sent to you in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY & GENERAL TERMS
- Free cancellation is available up to 30 days prior to your arrival date.
- In the event of a no-show or failure to arrive on the scheduled date, no refund (partial or full) will be issued, and the reservation will be cancelled without replacement.
- The cancellation date is officially recorded upon written receipt via email at: info@nassklep.cz.
- The host reserves the right to immediately terminate the stay without compensation if a guest grossly violates house rules, terms of service, or standard conduct despite prior warning.
- The owner reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to force majeure events (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters, severe technical failures) preventing safe operation. In such cases, a 100% full refund will be provided.
- Please note that we do not accept on-site credit/debit card payments. Thank you for your understanding.
